1. What gives you energy to work?
The most important thing for me is definitely my family and the environment, the support and the smile that they give me every day. Then I can work in peace, because work was very important to me until I had children.
2. What do you enjoy most about your work?
What fulfills me most about my work is that my work gives meaning to me. I can be creative and free here. I also really enjoy being in contact with people who trust me. I look forward to being able to fulfill people's wishes and dreams, along with my ideas. Being able to advise them is meaningful to me, and it is wonderful to give people self-confidence and a smile.
3. How do you perceive the reactions of customers?
It is beautiful when someone smiles at you every time, is satisfied and feels good about themselves and their hair. I have a lot of great customers who trust me and give me freedom for my work. I love the anticipation and subsequent satisfaction with new customers.
4. Does your work have meaning beyond the hair itself?
I see value in the complexity of being able to offer relaxation, listening, a smile, advice, or understanding, and last but not least, my vision. When I go home, I often think to myself how much I love doing my job and knowing that thanks to me someone is happy and feels beautiful.
